Mission: RemissionA Tumour Necrosis Factor blocker strong enough to fight painful symptoms and progressive joint damage, Humira from Abbott is currently being used by over 180,000 adults worldwide to reduce the signs and symptoms of moderate to severe Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, and moderate to severe Crohn’s Disease.

A complex disease of the immune system, Rheumatoid Arthritis attacks healthy joints causing pain, swelling and stiffness. Within the first 12 months it can cause permanent joint damage making it difficult for sufferers to do even the simplest tasks. Humira prevents further damage to joints and bones, helping sufferers to potentially avoid disability.

A chronic inflammatory disease of the joints and skin, Psoriatic Arthritis usually develops between the ages of 30 and 50 and leaves sufferers with joint pain, stiffness and swelling, and skin lesions. Humira reduces the inflammation of joints as well as improving the skin symptoms.

The Integrated Care Pathway for RA
A form of arthritis that primarily affects the joints of the spine, Ankylosing Spondylitis causes inflammation, pain and stiffness and, in advanced cases, can cause disability and deformity. Humira reduces arthritis in the spine and can, for many patients, reduce lower back pain, stiffness and fatigue.

A chronic inflammatory bowel disease that causes inflammation or swelling of the gastrointestinal tract, symptoms of Crohn’s Disease include persistent diarrhea, abdominal cramps, rectal bleeding and fever and fatigue. Humira can help achieve remission of many of the symptoms of Crohn’s Disease through ongoing therapy, stopping flare-ups for long periods of time.

Dysfunction designed six internal posters to promote the sales success of Humira.
